| Customer Experiences |
About 20% of our potential customers don't qualify for regular DSL
service, but they probably would qualify for premium service. From the feedback we've
gathered, our regular DSL customers have been very happy with their connections. |
Since our premium service is such a new offering, we haven't gotten
enough feedback to say anything. |
| Recommendations |
If you're in GTE territory, qualify for our regular service, and a
possibly slower connection at times won't drastically affect you, we'd recommend one of
our regular services. |
If you're in PacBell territory or are out of GTE's range, or if your
connection bandwirdth will be important to you, we'd recommend one of our premium
services. |
